04.	Village- Hatra Upazilla- Mohanpur District- Rajshahi.	The miscreants led by Chatradal cadres Faruque, Suman, Aminul and Bastuhara Dal leader Jahangir Alam threatened to kill Suranjit Sarker, a teacher of Hatra Girl School. 07.	Village- Jainkathi Upazilla- Sadar District- Patuakhali.	The house of Nayantara, a Hindu widow was attacked and occupied by the miscreants led by Piyara Begum. 08.	Village- Panihata, Tarani Upazilla- Nalitabari District- Sherpur.	About 100 tribal Garo families were attacked by the miscreants led by Sirajuddin Kashem, Siddique, Rafiqul and Ahasam. 11.	Village- Subidpur Upazilla- Kaukhali District- Patuakhali.	Goddess Shitala temple was attacked by the miscreants led by Abu Taleb and Ziadul. Sabayet of that temple, Chandrabali Biswas, Shekhar, Sanjoy Pal, Sukumar Biswa, Tapan Das and Asim Das were seriously injured in this attack. 13.	Village- Badhal Bazar Upazilla- Kachuya District- Bagerhat.	Dulal Chandra Das and his son Asim Das were kidnapped by Abuyal Hossain, Babul Sheik, Salam Sheik and Kamal Sheik, sons of Imam Ali Sheik. They also occupied the land property of Dulal Chandra Das. 14.	Village- Kapalipara Upazilla- Singair District- Manikgonj.	The house and temple of Goddess Kali of Bhabesh Master was attacked and burn by the miscreants. 15.	Village- Nabachara Upazilla- Baghachari District- Rangamati.	Amar Bijoy (66), a tribal man was brutally killed by armed miscreants.	Sangbad 08/04/05	A  case was recorded in this connection.

23.	Village- Patiakhali Upazilla- Betagi District- Brguna.	The House of Mayarani, wife of late Dhirendra Nath Samadder was occupied by a local powerful Muslim. 24.	Upazilla- Katalia District- Jhalkhati.	A festival of Mathuya Community was attacked and foiled by officer-in-charge of Katalia  Police Station. 31.	Village- Ijjatnagar Upazilla- Bahubal District- Habiganj.	A Crematorium of Hindu Community was attacked by the miscreants led by Selim Chowdury and Khalil Chowdury. 40.	Village- Rajdia Upazilla- Sirajdikhan Distict- Munsiganj.	Prankhrishna Pal, his wife, three sons and three daughters left the motherland for India to save their life. 41.	Village- Bahalbari Upazilla- Chatmohar District- Pabna.	32 house of Tribal Mahato community were attacked and looted by the miscreants led by Samad, Rajab and Sharif. A Goddess Kali temple of Mahato community was also broken down by them. Many men and women were seriously injured in this attack.
