Village-Kazipara Upazilla-Patnitola District-Naogaon	More than two hundred hired terrorists, under the leadership of land-robber Idris Ali and Safiuddin, have created a hellish havoc by attacking a village of indigenous people living there for a long time and destroying, looting and setting fire to houses of at least 22 indigenous families. They molested the women. About 20 aborigines including Khoir Ekka (45), Taramoni Ekka, (30) Shanti Ekka (30), Shuku Urao (35), Maloti Ekka (30) got severely injured in this incident. 2.	Village-Kalaia Upazilla-Bauphal District-Patuakhali	One local influential quarter is opposing repair- work at a crematorium one hundred years old. They are doing so to grab the place of the crematorium. No case has been filed in this regard. There is resentment among the local Hindu families over this situation. 3.	Paschim Bhuinarbag Upazilla-Sadar Dist-Narayangang	A gang of terrible dacoits has planfully committed dacoity at the house of Ranjan Dey (45), a businessman of the locality. They took away Tk. 20,000/ in cash and gold ornaments of 25 bhori. The dacoits dealt cuts in a random manner with sharp weapons and severely injured Ranjan Dey, his mother, Renu Bala and wife, Sheela Rani. The injured have been admitted into a local clinic. 4.	Village-Koilati Upazilla-Durgapur District-Netrakona	Terrorists brutally killed Pranesh Pal (20), son of Ganesh Pal, and threw away the dead body into river-water. His dead body was recovered after three days. Strong resentment and terror have developed among local Hindus over this incident. 5.	Upazilla-Lama District-Bandarbon	SI of police, Samir Uddin, Iftekhar and Masud, with the collaboration of Nargis Aktar of the same class, raped in gang one aborigine girl of class VII. The raped girl tried to commit suicide, when the incident got publicized. She was later on admitted into Lama Hospital in a dying condition. 6.	Upazilla- Ujirpur District-Barisal	Bidesh Chandra Hazari, along with members of his family, is passing days in utter terror because of repression and threats from identified terrorists and land-grabbers. The grabbers can at any moment grab his property including his homestead. The terrorists are pressurizing him to cross over to India, leaving behind house and property. Otherwise, they said, he would be burnt to death. The police haven’t taken any effective step over this situation.	Bhorer Kagoj 08/11/07	District leaders of BHBCOP visited to the place of incident. 7.	Uttor Analertari Upazilla-Sadar District-Gaibandha	Radha Rani Modak, daughter of late Chandicharon Modak, has been thrown acid and burnt down by the neighboring terrorist, Abdul Khalek. Radha Rani has been burnt in the face, chest and back. Beauty, her sister and Snehalota, her mother, who were sleeping beside her, also got acid-burnt. They have been admitted into Gaibandha Adhunik Hospital in critically injured condition.	Janakantho 08/11/07	A case has been filed in this regard.
8.	Nagarkandabazar Upazilla-Sadar District-Faridpur	Terrorists have, in a pre-planned manner, cruelly murdered Amal Das (36), a hardware merchant, by chopping him randomly with sharp weapons as he was going back home. 9.	Village-Chhanka Upazilla-Saturia District-Manikgang	Local terrorists have thrown acid on Bhanu Sutrodhar, wife of Sankar Sutrodhar. She was burnt in the neck and chest. She has been admitted into the Acid Survivors’ Foundation Hospital in Dhaka in a critically injured condition. 10.	Upazilla-Lohagara District-Narail	Notorious terrorists of the locality have cruelly murdered Tumpa Sarker (18), daughter of Dheeman Sarker and a talented student who got G.P.A.- 5 from Satkhira Government Women’s College in H,S.C. 11.	Doiharir Koiarkhal Upa-Swarupkathi District-Pirojpur	A gang of 6/7 miscreants attacked the house of Ramesh Bepari at the dead of night, molested her daughter, Kamona Rani ( 46), dragged her out, tied her with a tree and beat up. 12.	Village-Banai Upazilla-Kathalia District-Jhalokathi	A gang of terrorists, under the leadership of Kawsar, brother of Jahurul Islam Badshah who was A.P.S. to Mr. Sahajan Omar, former Deputy Minister of Law Affairs of the B.N. P.-Jamat Alliance Government, attacked the family-temple of Mr. Jhantu Pal and damaged the image of Goddess Kali there.	Samokal 10/11/07	No case has been filed in this regard.
13.	Village-Kathpatti Upazilla-Bhoirab Dist-Kishoregang	Local terrorists, Helim, Salam and Kabir, with the collaboration of a woman, Rashida Begum, confined Sanjita Rani into a neighboring house and attempted to rape her. Neighbors came forward at her cries and saved her. With grief and resentment at this happening, she tried to take poison and thus take her own life. She has been admitted into Bhairab Upazilla Health Complex in a dying condition.	Jugantor 10/11/07	A case has been filed in this regard.
14.	Upazilla-Chhatok District-Sunamgang	A newly wed aborigine woman was raped by Abu Shamim, manager of Raichh Boarding and Shamchhu, a hotel-boy when she came to visit Chhatok. 15.	Vill-Ichhakuri Bakai Upazilla-Gouranadi District-Barisal	Bachhu Sikder, son of local terrorist Shamchhul Haq Sikder, has abducted Neepa Rani Sikder, daughter of Parimal Chandra Halder, and a H.S.C.–level talented student of Dasa D.K. 16.	Burmanpara Upazilla-Sadar District-Mymensing	A gang of 15/20 terrorists under the leadership of Motaleb Mandal, Mahiuddin Fakir, Oli Ahmed Sarker, Mostakin and Hamid attacked the house of Sudhir Chandra Burman and committed arson, damage, loot and plunder. Sudhir Chandra Burman, his wife Arati Burman, infant sons-- Rhidoy and Kartick and daughter Jhuma got seriously injured at this time. The attack was conducted with a view to grabbing the house. 17.	Satpar Union Upazilla-Sadar District-Gopalgang	Terrorists have, in a pre-planned manner, cruelly murdered Pinaki Ranjan Biswas Pintu (51, former Chairman of Satpar Union, by chopping him randomly with sharp weapons at Satpar Bazaar, as he was going back home. 18.	Village-Garamgal Upazilla-Sadar District-Jhalokathi	Miscreants have cruelly murdered Nikhil Chandra Seal (20), a talented student of second year B.A. (honors in economics) of Amrito Lal Dey College. 19.	Village-Jayosree Upazilla-Ujirpur District-Barisal	Salam Khan, Hossain Munshi, Abu Bakar Kalipha and Adam Ali Sarder, under the leadership of their cousin, Enayet Khan, a notorious land-grabber of the locality, have been going on harassing Mr. Nirmal Kumar Roy and his brothers since 1988 through serial repression, false litigation and extortion with a view to grabbing their property including one temple 400 years old. As Nirmal, along with his brothers, went to harvest paddy from their land last Wednesday, followers of Enayet swooped on them all on a sudden. 20.	Village-Arkandi Upazilla-Madhukhali District-Barisal	Land-grabber Mahfuzur Rahaman, President of Upazilla Awami League, Jahedunnabi and Shariful Islam have grabbed land worth Tk. 20 lacs of Mr. Narayan Chandra Podder, son of Late Kshitish Chandra Podder, through false documents. The local administration hasn’t taken any effective step in this regard. Strong resentment and uproar have developed among local Hindus over this incident. 21.	Upazilla-Joldhaka Dist-Neelphamari	A gang of terrorists, under the leadership of Sultan alias Chhubni, Razzak and Nazrul, notorious terrorists of the locality have chopped with sharp weapons and wounded Manik Lal Datta, correspondent of the Daily Destiny for Joldhaka, and his brother, Ratan Datta at broad day-light. When the condition of the seriously injured brothers deteriorated, they were shifted from Joldhaka Hospital to Rangpur Medical college Hospital. 22.	Village-Noorpur Upazilla-Sadar District-Joypurhat	24/25 organised terrorists, under the leadership of land-robber Abdur Rahaman, have attacked the house of aborigine Shukra Urao and committed arson, beating, damaging banana and brinjal plantation, and looted fish from the pond and paddy from the store. 23.	Village-Kaliabakri Upa-Damurhuda District-Chuadanga	Terrorists have killed Madhu Das, son of Drista Das, by chopping him with sharp weapons. The police have recovered the dead body from the adjoining swamp. Big terror has been created among local Hindus over this incident. 24.	Village-Maliara Upazilla-Potia District-Chittagong	A gang of dacoits attacked the house of Babul Das and got away after looting materials including gold ornaments worth Tk. two lacs. The dacoits fired bullets in a random manner when the locals came forward at their cries. Badan Kumar Das (30), Geeta Das (50) and Shobha Das (35) got injured at this. 25.	Village-Putia Upa-Bhedorgang District-Shariatpur	Miscreants strangled Sajal Howlader, a trader, to death in a pre-planned manner. The police have recovered the body of the dead. 26.	Vill-Bhooshirbandar Upa-Chirirbandar District-Dinajpur	Manik Shah (30), son of Abdul Majid Shah and assistant teacher at Boikanthopur Odhikaripara Primary School, and ¾ more persons abducted Sabita Mohanta (24), wife of Subhash Mohanto and mother of a child. 27.	Upazilla-Phulbari District-Dinajpur	Amar Chand Gupta Apu, Phulbari correspondent of Daily Ittefaq, editor of weekly Desh Ma and President of Phulbari Press Club has been a death threat by terrorist Khajanur Haider Lemon, son of Ahir Uddin. Resentment has been created among all quarters including journalists of Phulbari Press Club at this happening.	Janakantho 11/11/07	A case has been filed in this regard.
28.	Bhaberbazar Upazilla-Parbotipur District-Dinajpur	A gang of 7/8 terrorists led by Abdus Sattar and Abul Kalam Azad of neighboring Durgapur village attacked the godown of rice and paddy owned by Bulu Mandal.
